Job Functions:
• Oversee, manage, and communicate all necessary fire protection needs for a mid-rise building.
• Collaborate with other professionals to build, maintain, and turn-over mid-rise building structure from
ground up.
• Constantly provides updates and analyzes the fire protection aspects of mid-rise condo building
construction.
• Reports to project manager and the top management.
• Requests for necessary requirements and monitors usage of such requirements in the duration of the
project.
• Creates, checks, and analyzes fire protection plans for mid-rise condo building construction.
• Provides technical expertise to successfully complete mid-rise condo building project.
Job Requirements:
• Must be a licensed engineer with Masters in Fire Protection Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in vertical construction locally or abroad.
• Equipped with vast technical and practical knowledge on fire protection requirements of mid-rise
building construction.
