Job Description
Fire Plan Examiner/Reviewer; Fire Safety Inspector; Fire Safety System Equipment and Materials Examiner and Inspector
Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder (or above) in FIRE SAFETY / FIRE PROTECTION ENGINEERING or related field with preference to MECHANICAL ENGINEERS.
Fire engineering candidates must have a working experience in the fields of fire/life safety, fire protection, smoke control, and mechanical ventilation system design and engineering.
Must have an extensive experience in the design of fire protection (firefighting systems, fire alarm systems and smoke control systems for high-rise buildings and other complex buildings or structures.
Has the knowledge, experience, and ability to conduct field or building inspection and familiar in the commissioning and testing of staircase pressurization systems, firefighting pumps, and other fire and life safety systems (firefighting systems,
fire detection, alarms and communication systems; fire system integration & interfacings, and smoke control and ventilation systems).
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Certifications (not necessary but is an advantage): NFPA Certifications (CFPS, CFPE, CWBSP, WBITM, CFAITMS, CEPSS) and NFPA Codes and Standards Competency Certifications, National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technology (NICET),
and other international fire and life safety certifications.
Skills (not necessary but is an advantage): Software: ELITE (Fire Pro, HVAC), HASS (Fire Pro), CFD Analysis, CONTAM|NIST (Air Flow & Ventilation)
