Job Description
Solid knowledge of DCS and Panel Operations
Reports any unusual observations to the relevant authorities/persons, especially during an emergency situation.
Maintains the record of fire alarms, damage in the fire system, and any irregularities in the system and prepares reports.
Answers fire and emergency alarms and investigates disturbances in the system.
Reports any serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the manager/supervisor.
Follows procedures in dispatching personnel for emergency and non-emergency responses.
Monitors, operate, test, and data entry responsibility for various computerized and electronic equipment used in access control, fire, and security systems.
Maintains all company hand and fixed tools in good working condition.
Must be familiar with emergency procedures, i.e. fire, bomb threats, medical and power failure.
Provides assistance for any person/s who is trapped inside the elevator by giving instructions and advice on what to do while waiting for the rescuers.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Able to attend face to face interview in the office.
