The candidate will be tasked with extensive legal writing in order to contribute to Light Papers and Whitepapers covering decentralized finance and/or decentralized applications within the field of distributed ledger technology. He/she will write extensively on various blockchain use cases that fundamentally affect the current status quo under BSP and SEC regulation.
Responsibilities:
Summarize discussions and ideas brought up in meetings from a legal perspective.
Able to write and defend position to various government agencies to allow for the implementation of new use cases.
Arrange ideas and concepts that are easily readable by the public.
Communicate ideas in various mediums including but not limited to web content, blogs, and social media posts.
Coordinate with stakeholders on the execution of projects.
Excellent legal research skills and legal writing skills;
Able to understand simple to complex financial terminology as it relates to the legal framework at the Philippines;
Familiarity with BSP and SEC regulations is a plus;
Willing to undergo rigorous training in financial concepts and ideas that fall under SEC and BSP regulation;
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
