Purpose of the Role:Overseeing the whole operation of finished goods to ensure efficient and effective daily transactions.Here's how you would make an impact:
Monitor and manage all incoming and outgoing finished goods inventory transactions.
Ensure proper inventory storage and maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the warehouse.
Supervise personnel responsible for preparing inventories for inspection.
Ensure adherence to fumigation and shipment standards and schedules.
Ensure timely and accurate updating of all transactions in the company system
Managing the workflow and technical training of finished goods employees
Preparation of schedule and providing instructions for every shift.
Will act as the point person of the finished goods section to answer major inquiries and receive management instructions.
Lead the development and improvement of finished goods procedures and policies
Here's what we're looking for:
Graduate of any four-year course related to Business, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology.
Proficient in Microsoft applications, including emails, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Knowledgeable in warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety protocols.
Familiar with fumigation procedures and warehouse hygiene standards.
Must have experience in supervising personnel and managing workflow and schedules.
Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Must have strong human relations skills and communicate effectively with people across all levels. Should
be diligent, persevering, honest, and have a strong work ethic.
