OA is experienced in designing, implementing and managing critical business processes and call center solutions for clients around the world from its Makati, Philippine operations centers.
Brief Description:
Candidates will be focused on providing great service to optimize the way that clients use their software solutions through a strong-based skills set gained with an extensive working accounting/technical knowledge and customer service.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively with clients, team members, implementation consultants, and resources across our global office locations to achieve desired results.
• Continue internal education, training and certifications to stay ahead of an evolving technical & financial industry landscape, learn new product releases, and increase your value to the company and the client base.
• Maintain and create detailed documentation through logging of support cases, e-mail and knowledge base articles for client and internal use.
• Work on projects which provide value to the department, the company, and the client base.
• Can attend to client's need/inquiries via phone, chat or Email.
Skills/ Qualifications:
• Accounting: 1+ years' experience working with Portfolio Management, Fund
• Accounting, Prime Broker or other global back-office financial accounting solution is required. Knowledge of fundamental financial instruments (equities and fixed incomes) is preferred.
• Sensitive to numbers and familiar with the use of Excel formula or macro is preferred.
• Strong background on accounting or have previously worked for any finance related accounts (JP Morgan, Bank of America, Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg).
• Intermediate knowledge about business finance. Prior work experience related to hedge funds, mutual funds is a plus.
• Excellent communication & probing skills and proficient in verbal & written English
• Amendable to work on shifting schedule.
