BRIEF JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Result Area 1: Financial Statement & AD-Hoc Reporting
1. Provides timely (monthly, quarterly, year-end), useful and reliable financial performance data such as the monthly PNL as consolidated and on per store/region basisc (based from SAP data) in support of strategoc, operational and economic decisions.
2. Ensures completion of ad-hoc reporting and validates accurateness of all PNL line items.
3. Reviews the monthly financial statements and variance reports for all operating facilities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
4. Facilitates finance presentations as required which includes updating trend analysis (reports, charts, graphs) for various purposes and groups (such as the Ops Leadership Team, Sr. Finance Officers, Board).
Key Result Area 2: Corporate Budgeting & Forecasting
1. Facilitates the accurate and timely collection of forecast data in support of interim resource allocation decisions and budget planning.
2. Ensures that the Company maintains appropriate systems and procedures to support efficient and effective financial reporting and performance projections.
3. Leads the financial budget and forecast processes which includes the following:
-Design and production of budget and forecast guidance, development of tools and processes, and training of budget holders (Dept Heads) on the use of budgeting and forecasting systems
-Consolidation and analysis of budget and forecast data for Senior Finance Staff, Leadership Team, and Board.
-Updates of forecasts, projections and extensive budget data and analysis provided to the Leadership Team for use in management meetings and presentations, board reporting and other purposes.
Key Result Area 3: Corporate Financial Management & Improvement
1. Identifies significant variances against operational plans and supports the timely implementation of corrective action plans.
2. Facilitates timely analysis of budget variances, including the review of explanations provided by budget holders/dept heads.
3. Provides guidance to budget holders/ Dept Heads regarding corrective action and activities the Leadership Team as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required w/ CPA licensure.
Preferrably w/ SAP training.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
