Midshift Schedule
Half of the week is office-based and the other half is WFH
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Monthly Reporting:
Consolidate monthly results to prepare One Source One Set Report in Excel. Upload forecast into the MPR universe and update comments online
Update various reports for Group Management Reporting (KPIs, MBR templates, etc.)
Prepare monthly Executive Summary pack.
Fortnightly Reporting:
Prepare consolidated fortnightly report for Airport and Cargo Operations
Weekly Reporting:
Prepare volume reports for both Flights and Tonnage
Prepare KPI reports including Passengers, PRM's, Baggage
Maintain the books for one of the Joint Ventures:
(TB, Balance sheet, P&L, Cashflow Statement, Receivables report, Payables report, Fixed Asset Report) along with VAT reporting. Prepare monthly reporting pack for all other JVs
Adhoc Reports:
Other adhoc analysis and reports as required.
Perform cost analysis of each business area to be used in monthly financial reviews (Headcount, fixed assets, IT variances)
Reporting on man-hours per turn, revenue per flight, yield
Assist in preparing templates and presentations, carrying out analysis and consolidating submissions for Mid Term Plan and Budget
Managment Information (MI) Development:
Using tools like PowerBI & dEBI to develop dashboard reporting for executive financial and non-financial information
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
Must have at least 3 years of related experience
Experienced in creating and running reports in Excel
High level of excel competence (vlookups, sumifs, pivot tables, basic macros)
Database building skills and knowledge of Management Information (MI) dashboard systems highly desirable
High proficiency in English (the role will liaise directly with senior finance management in Dubai)
