An opportunity has come up with one of our largest MNC clients based in Singapore. They have an outstanding reputation and have since quadrupled in size since 2007. Currently we are looking for a Financial Reporting accountant for their team.
The ideal candidate would have previous experience within a similar role, at least 3 years of working experience. They will be reporting to the Assistant Manager within the team, and be responsible for assisting the preparation of the monthly management report. This role will also be reviewing general, administrative expenditure against budget/preparation of reports. The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting/finance, be analytical and have good problem solving skills. We require this candidate to be a team player, be proactive and diligent with meeting deadlines.
Some responsibilities are listed below but not limited to:
- Be responsible for the preparation of monthly management reports
- Budgeting and forecasting will be included
- Assist with the annual budget exercise and rolling forecast
- Work with the Finance team to ensure report accuracy and speed
- Other ad hoc reports/responsibilities as required by the organization
