Job Functions:
A. Finance Management
Coordinate with other areas in the company to deliver on the services required from Finance
Support Implementation process and systems improvements meant to either increase throughput or improve SLA in Finance
Ensure safeguards are in place to prevent fraud and other acts which would put the company at risk
Ensure setting up of Finance related guidelines and processes to ensure the company remains competitive and resources are maximized
Support regular housekeeping of Accounting books
Efficient Tax Management including timely and accurate filing of Financial regulatory reports for Tax
Conduct analysis of business performance periodically
B. Planning and Budget
Support Budget and Planning Management
Support Monitoring expenses beyond budget
Support Monitoring of Budgeted Initiatives
C. People Management
Job Requirements:
University graduate with a degree in Accountancy or Business courses major in Accounting
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
At least ten years of Managerial experience in Accounting, Finance Administration or Controllership
With experience in Auditing, Investments Accounting, and Tax Accounting
