Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepares financial and business-related analyses and research in areas such as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, working capital and investments, budgets.
• Analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, financial trends and operating forecasts
• Performs analyses and assists in recommendations on various activities such as both internal and external investment activities.
• Consolidate finance information of two different operating groups on a weekly basis.
• Performs financial forecasting, variance analysis of actual vs. forecast and reconciliation of internal accounts
• Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly and annual reports and ensure financial information has been recorded accurately and aligned to the Corporate method.
• Performs financial forecasting, variance analysis of actual vs. forecast and reconciliation of internal accounts
• Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly and annual reports and ensure financial information has been recorded accurately and aligned to the Corporate method.

Other Skills and Experiences (Min)
• College Graduate preferably with an Accounting, Economy BA or any related courses.
• BPO Experience is a plus.
• + 5 years' experience in Finance Analysis.
• Advanced on MS Excel
• English proficient
• Tolerance to frustration
• Enterprise resource planning ERP software
• Financial analysis software
Education
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Economy BA or any related courses or Accounting, Economy BA or any related courses
