Our relationship with clients is paramount, thus we are currently seeking a customer-focused, service oriented 'doer' to provide high quality financial planning support to our Financial Planners.
The primary aims include assisting in the implementation of recommended strategies and the ongoing management of our existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration support for our Financial Planners
Assist with the preparation of advice documents
High level of service delivery including responding to client queries
Liaise with other financial service providers to seek information and to follow up
Completion of documentation to implement recommended strategies
Preparation for client reviews
Answering queries from clients
Maintain policy documentation
Management of Adviser calendar
Ensuring compliance requirements and tasks relevant to the Financial Planning Division are followed
Assistance in the preparation of reports and presentation to management for the Financial Planning Division
Requirements:
Knowledge and Experience
Minimum of 1 - 2 years in a similar role
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
RG146 compliant is an advantage
Experience with Xplan would be desirable
Educational and Professional Qualifications
Degree qualified in a related field, Accounting and Finance Major preferred
