The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager is responsible for improving strategic, financial and operational decision-making across the company. We work with stakeholders, who appreciate our insight and trust us to help them solve difficult problems across the bank. We are looking for an experienced professional who will work as a member of the Finance team, and will play an integral part in the bank's success by working directly with the product and finance leaders, leading financial planning, business forecasting and performance reporting, and driving strategic analysis around key business initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Manage the Business Performance activities for the bank, including Monthly reporting, Planning and Forecasting.
Ownership of monthly business performance reporting, ensure the financial performance including risks and opportunities are clearly communicated to Exco, Board and Management.
Ownership of the bank's Financial models used in Planning and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of models. Challenge assumptions and work closely with business.
CIMA / CA (SA) / Engineering / similar
Banking/Financial services background preferred
5+ experience in similar role
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
Exceptional financial modelling skills
Familiarity with visualisation tools (Tableau/ThinkCell)
Commercial awareness
Strong analytical and inquiring mind
Excellent communication skills
Mid-Senior Level / Manager Accounting and Finance Financial Services 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
