1. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
In-charge of maintaining and updating contracts and tariffs in RAMCO
Ensures that all contract and tariff information in RAMCO are accurate
Communicates and coordinates with Command Center, Unified Customer Care, and Retail Branches regarding tariff concerns
Attends and resolves all tariff-related issues and concerns in RAMCO raised by Manila Central Office and Retail Branches
Check and ensures that all RAMCO routes have corresponding tariffs
Prepares reports and analysis related to RAMCO Finance
Maintains and updates AP Cargo's rate sheets
Circulates and communicates revisions or new entries in the rate sheets to concerned departments and collaborates with CBE for necessary changes
Conducts research and anticipate tariff and pricing trends to utilize cost efficiency of profit margins
Assists in the computation of spot pricing requests from branches as needed
Help develops rates for Corporate Accounts based on FPA rate sheet and pricing guides
Collates necessary data and conducts necessary research for costings in relation to new business ventures or revenue streams
Monitors 3PL (airline, trucking) rates, maintains and updates related files and templates
Maintains and updates AP Cargo's published rates
Prepares financial reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, submitting, and explaining relevant information
Conduct research on the latest developments in logistics and pricing as needed
Performs related tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time
Produce quality outputs and satisfy service level agreements with internal and external customers
Lives out the Vision, Mission and Values of the organization
Adhere to the company rules/regulations, policies, code of conduct/employee handbook, standard operating procedures, work instructions and protocols on Good Warehousing Practice (GWP), Good Transport Practice (GTP), service quality, safety, security, business continuity, etc.
