As a Financial Planning Analyst, you are part of the global Operations team that will be responsible in financial planning and analysis of the company.
Your expertise will drive the company to make well-informed and data-driven commercial decisions. This role is pivotal in the company's financial stability as you will be the lead in business forecasting, revenue projection and control of expenses.

Responsibilities:
Create and/or improve business models to support the Management's decision making
Develops consolidated financial plans for all Philippine entities under the direction of the main company in Australian
Prepare the monthly and annual board presentation giving valuable insights for the business
Collaborate with Accounting department for the timely submission of reports and be able to validate the numbers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Operations and Delivery, to gather relevant data and insights, and to align the financial model
Analyze industry trends and make sound recommendations based on factual data
Understand business operations, market dynamics, and financial metrics.
Develop and maintain Groworx financial model to analyze and forecast various aspects of the company's financial performance, including revenue projections, expense budgets, cash flow projections, and investment scenarios.
Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the potential impact of different variables on financial outcomes, helping management make informed decisions in various business scenarios.
Continuously refine and enhance the financial model, methodologies, and processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency in financial analysis.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the financial health of Groworx, ensuring regular reporting to the Management
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years Financial Planning or Analysis in the field of recruitment, training or HR consulting services
At least 3 years' experience in Financial Modeling and Management Reporting, or in similar financial analysis role
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling software, and data visualization tools.
Experience in multinational/global set-up with subsidiary entity reporting
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance. CPA or CFA is highly preferred.
Capable of managing spreadsheets, detail oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output
Articulate in preparing high-level board reports and building business models
Business costing experience is highly preferred
Strong English communication skills; written and spoken is a must
Self-motivated with high energy and a positive attitude
