KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contribute to the success of a growing company by participating in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis across multiple business units. Collaborate closely with other departments and management to help maximize the business. Perform regular daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc financial and operational data analyses for management while reporting to the Assistant Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with various business units in the planning and execution of annual property-wide budgets.
Provide analytic reports in measuring performance indicators, highlighting trends, and comparing against standards and benchmarks.
Execute regular ad-hoc analyses and presentations requested by the Board of Directors and other top leaders.
Responsible for the timely and accurate production of the daily President's Report (P&L statement).
Perform month-end reconciliation reports and investigate variances against audited data.
Analyze and review capital requisitions against budget and existing company policies.
Create market research reports to measure the company's financial and operational metrics against local and foreign industry peers.
Review internal reporting processes and implement enhancements or upgrades.
Provide professional knowledge and technical support as needed within the team and other departments.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent preferred.
At least 3-5 years' experience in financial planning and analysis, and IT finance
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial metrics.
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) skills.
Good communication skills-oral and written.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Naturally inquisitive and detail-oriented mindset.
Innovative and quick-to-learn digital tools.
Ability and willingness to understand the business and develop a career.
