About the Job:
Support all financial planning activities (i.e. long-range strategy plan, annual budget, quarterly forecast, and monthly projections) by working closely with the key team leaders in determining robust assumptions driving the plan and forecast model
Provide timely analysis of financial performance with appropriate bridges showing key drivers for deviations against forecast and prior periods
Provide various on-going reporting and analysis both to the business unit and senior management. Below are some on-going output being managed:
Business Unit P&L reporting
Product line profitability reporting
Volume-Price-Mix analysis
Controllable spending report and analysis
Prepare, analyze, align, and track metrics against target set for the business unit and its business groups
Help drive continuous process improvement and automation in financial processes and reporting
Perform other reporting and analysis required by management
About You:
Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting/finance function. Relevant experience in FP&A roles and/or costing and management reporting is advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels in the organization
Strong team working and relationship building skills
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong orientation for details.
Ability to work independently with very minimal supervision
Experience in using ERP systems is an advantage, BPC and/or SAP (FICO, BW) is a plus
Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
