Job Description:
Plan and oversee daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly budget requirements
Drive the standardization of data metrics and Key Process Indicators, analyze trends versus targets and identify cause of variance
Develop, forecast, and automate reports required by the business as needed
Develop ad hoc analyses, reports and actionable insights including communication and presentation of findings to management
Develop processes to improve Business Intelligence tools and systems to drive reporting accuracy
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Marketing, Finance or related field is preferred
Minimum of 4 years work experience in Audit, Financial Planning, Budget Management, Cost Analysis, or similar role
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong grasp of numbers
Positive, can-do attitude
Creative and innovative approach to problem solving
Excellent communication skills
Open to flexible work arrangements depending on campaign and business needs.
Must be willing to station in Podium, Pasig office
