Position: FP&A Lead (Financial Planning & Analysis Lead)
Monthly Salary: Up to 2,000 USD/month (Depending on the interview result and client's approval)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time
Holidays: US Bank Holidays
Scope of Work:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented FP&A Lead to join our high-performing finance team. In this critical role, you will drive financial performance and strategic decision-making, playing a key part in the development and execution of our annual budget and supporting the achievement of ambitious growth goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with cross-functional teams for accurate and actionable forecasts.
Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers of performance deviations.
Develop and implement financial models supporting strategic decision-making, including M&A, pricing, and capital allocation.
Prepare and present insightful reports and dashboards to senior management.
Operational Excellence:
Collaborate with operations and other departments to enhance cost control and operational efficiency.
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against strategic goals.
Reporting & Data Management:
Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting processes.
Manage the integrity of financial data and systems.
Support the implementation of new financial technologies and processes.
Leadership & Teamwork:
Develop and implement effective communication strategies for clear and concise financial information.
Partner with the CEO and senior leaders to develop and execute the company's strategic plan.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and team-oriented setting.
Knowledge of ERP systems and financial analysis tools is preferred.
