This is a remote position supporting Excelitas Technologies Singapore (Optics division).
Financial Planning and Analysis
Analyzing the profitability and costing of multiple product lines and providing finance support to Finance Manager (based in Singapore)
Managing the sales, expenses and margins analyses, standard cost rates computation, capital expenditure reporting, forecasting and reporting of financial statements to management.
Liaising with functional business partners (Sales and Marketing, R&D, Operations) in Singapore, where assigned for cost analysis, variances or budget preparation
Supports Overheads forecasting for future volume provided by Sales Team
Assist the Finance Manager (based in Singapore) in creating, forecasting, analyzing and consolidating the Annual Budget
Support month-end reporting process and variance analysis
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy
CPA is an advantage but not required
With at least 5 years work experience in the same capacity
Skilled in SAP, proficient in spreadsheets
Highly analytical, keen to details, possessed good leadership attributes, with high level of trustworthiness, ethics and integrity
