We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in analyzing financial data, creating reports, monitoring budgets and preparing financial forecasts. The position will be based in Manila and will be embedded into the team at the headquarters of RepRisk in Zurich, Switzerland. The position will report to senior management in Zurich.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to analyze and forecast business performance, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements;
Assist in the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasting, business planning and decision making;
Conduct thorough analysis of financial data, including historical and projected financial statements, industry trends, and market conditions, and provide insightful recommendations to senior management;
Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reporting to senior management;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and reliable financial reporting;
Support on implementing process improvements and automating reporting/forecasting tools;
Prepare clear and concise financial reports, presentations, and dashboards.
You Bring
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering, or a related field;
3+ years of proven work experience in financial analysis or a related field;
Proficiency in financial data analysis in Excel (experience with Power Query and Macros is a plus);
Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau desired;
Experience with Workday or another FP&A tool is a plus;
Excellent analytical, hands-on approach, and problem-solving skills;
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks;
Team player with strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication in English;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
