Job Requirements:
A graduate of B.S. Accountancy / Management Accounting / Statistics
A CPA / CFA / MBA license is a good advantage
At least 3-5 years experience in a Managerial Role directly related to Accounting or Financial Analysis, or Operations with background of P&L ownership. 
Strong interpersonal skills required with the ability to manage relationships both with internal and external partners.
Excellent analytical skills, pattern detection , data visualization, and data manipulation with business acumen. 
Job Scope:
 
The Financial Partner is responsible for the analysis of different types of financial data or general data that will be used to understand and resolve different business cases. Their output will aid Management and Decision-Makers in making well-informed business strategies and decisions. This role combines both analytical financial skills with effective communication to related users that may not have any financial background. Beyond descriptive, and prescriptive analysis, FPs should also give possible predictive analysis on business performance adapting to changing trends.
