Enter, organize, and review client data in financial planning software to ensure accuracy and completeness
Build and analyze financial plans following firm standards, guidelines, and planning methodologies
Prepare comprehensive planning documents, including assumptions, forecasts, and clear recommendations
Develop plan recommendations that align with client goals, risk tolerance, and long term objectives
Deliver high quality work within strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy and consistency
Collaborate closely with advisors to support ongoing planning needs, updates, and client follow up
Requirements
Proven experience using financial planning software, with sample financial plans that demonstrate your ability to build accurate and detailed outputs
Solid paraplanning background supporting financial advisors, including references who can speak to your work quality, communication, and reliability
Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies, validate data, and ensure accuracy across all planning components
Consistent ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple planning requests, and deliver high quality work within defined turnaround times
Professional communication skills and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance within all client planning materials
