Your Role and Responsibilities Financial Operations Intern Required Technical and Professional Expertise 1. Process invoices: PO and Non-PO invoice validation, tax coding, bar coding, scanning, encoding and filing. This includes loading of scanned invoices tracker to box, a web based storage. 2. Monitor invoices for rescan using Content Manager tool. 3. Perform Official Receipt vouching: encoding and scanning of Official Receipts. This includes pulling out of paid invoices and filing of the same. 4. Perform RTV (Return-To-Vendor) process. - Amenable to work onsite (3-4 days per week) - Ability to work with minimal supervision - Preferably Finance-related course Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise 1.
