Provide expert and/or technical financial advice/services to MWPV's operating subsidiaries in planning &
budget, debt & capital management, investment assessment/stress-testing, assessment and estimation of
impairment losses, and regulatory tariff computation and review/evaluation of NBD proposals/projects to make
recommendations aligned with the strategic financial objectives of the Company. Assist in the conduct of the
review of the performance of existing subsidiaries as part of the Company's equity portfolio and to make
recommendations to rebalance the portfolio, including implementing the recommendations, e.g. divestitures.
