QUALIFICATIONS:
• Degree holder of any Finance related course. Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree holder is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in Accounting
• Advanced skills in Financial Modeling
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Intermediate to Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, and various other Microsoft programs
• CPA license holder is an advantage
• At least 1 1⁄2 year experience in Financial Modeling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hardworking, can work with a team, can work under minimum supervision, result and task-oriented, organized
• Willing to undergo training of the Project Portfolio Management System
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build financial models with complete scenarios and sensitivities. Build different financial model versions, based on specific requirements.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations needed.
• Update the financial model based on actual and/or updated assumption(s).
• Provide financial models to support Project Financing activities. For Debt Financing - provide financial models for the lender(s) evaluation and final financial model based on agreed financing/ refinancing terms. For Equity Financing - provide financial models for Management to support equity funding request.
• Regularly coordinate with the project Grantor. and Appover Body
• Schedule internal and external meetings, as needed.
• Provide all requirements during the negotiation of financial parameters.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings, as required.
• Ensure personal targets are aligned with the Department/ Division/ Organization's targets.
