We are looking for Management Trainees that are:
Young professionals, college graduates, or undergrads looking for job experience (sales and management background preferred by not required)
Preferably have experience being in client-facing roles
Preferably 21 to 30 years of age
Have excellent communication skills and confident in public speaking
Willing to be mentored and learn about the fundamentals as well as the intricacies of sales and finance
Preferably have track records of success (ex. Recognition, Cost-saving/Revenue generating initiatives, Org leadership and projects, etc)
Self-motivated and results-oriented
