About the Financial Controller Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of finance, accounting, treasury, budgeting, internal control, compliance with local tax, SEC, and other relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Directs timely and accurate preparation of financial statement and other related statistical reports in compliance with government and management reporting requirements
Formulates financial planning policies, systems, and procedures for the operating companies and management services company
Ensures preparation of financial performance reports for all levels of management
Oversees preparation of budget of the operating companies and management services company
Provides upfront leadership in supervising all direct and indirect reports and planning for their career advancement
To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of leading a team, and extensive experience in finance/accounting management.
Key Requirements:
Must possess at least a bachelor's/college degree in finance/accounting/banking or equivalent
Must be a CPA holder
Strategic business acumen - strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Able to work comfortable in a cross-functional setting
