What Success looks like in this role:
• The Country Financial Controller will report to the APAC CFO. Works closely with the country leaders to oversee all financial management of the company including business partnering, risk management, financial reporting, audit, tax, treasury/cash management, payroll, pension, legal and Corporate secretarial needs
• The scope will largely focus on In-country Financial management, Tax Management and Treasury Management
• Responsible for the financial operations related to close, financial reporting, internal/external audits
• Implementation and compliance with financial goals, policies, procedures, controls, reporting systems and statutory requirements (SEC, BIR, LGU, etc.)
• Manage treasury functions including cash flow, income tax cash forecast, bank relationships, currency dealings as needed and monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants
You will be successful in this role if you have:
• · Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with strong knowledge of US Gaap and PFRS
• Minimum of 10 years of solid experience in the same capacity from a multinational corporate environment
• Experience with global shared services environment
• Excellent analytical and technical research skills and ability to make sound business decisions in complex and ambiguous business environments
• Demonstrated high level of integrity and business ethics
• Strong verbal, written communication and leadership skills
• Ability to drive change confidently, rapidly, and effectively
• With advance excel skills and familiarity with Oracle Financials
