For this position, your role is to provide financial management support to your clients. As you teach them how to manage their finances better, you also help them learn how to grow and develop their finances thru investments and keep their family secure through insurance. As you will be an AIA Philam Life Advisor, you will also be given trainings on the products we have to be able to offer and suggest the right one to fit for your client's needs.
As you are eyeing the Financial Consultant position, if you get in, you will be part of the special program AIA Philam Life has created to support people like you who are interested in trying out this line of work. Aside from the ample trainings that will be made available to you, you will be given a monthly developmental fund based on your current salary on top of the monthly commissions you will make for a month.
