Key Accountabilities:
The Financial/ BI Analyst will be part of Business Controls & Information Team (BC&I) and will work closely with the GSSC and Onshore Teams in Middle East.
Develop, Improve and Automate Operational and Financial Reports and Dashboards including Analysis using different BI tools.
Provide the top management and business directors with relevant, accurate and timely reports regarding business position and operations that can be used for budgeting, forecasting, managing risks, and making strategic decisions
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Works closely with the BC&I Team, Financial Controllers and various Team in GSSC and in the Regional Office to ensure proper information flow related to all financial matters within the Region.
Prepares and Analyze Management Reports and Dashboards for Business Reporting such as Management P&L, Billability, Project Reports and Forecasts as well as highlighting business performance in terms of KPIs including comparison against Plan/Forecast
Responds to inquiries from l stakeholders with proposed resolutions as necessary;
Reconciles/Investigates variances, consistency of data, mapping issues and irregularities flagged using different accounting systems (Oracle EBS, Oracle BI)
Regularly collaborates with Global Arcadis Team and Management Accountants of other regions for standardization and automation of reporting and dashboards
Carries out report development and automate Dashboards using different BI (including MS excel) tools such as OAC DV, Power BI, Power Automate and Power Queries.
Responsible for the detailed consultation and implementation of the required data analytics
Prepares process documentation for reports in accordance with company standards.
Initiates process improvements and adopts best practice for reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Performs such other accounting related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications, skills & experience:
BS Accountancy Graduate, CPA is an advantage, with 5 to 7 years of work experience in general accounting, data analysis, management reporting & financial planning
Exposure in shared services or multinational environment is an advantage.
Experience with ERP Systems and BI Tools is preferred (Oracle, Power BI, Power Query)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office full suite is required
Ability to communicate your analysis with clarity and precision. An ideal candidate would have a strong grasp of both technical and business perspectives, including project management.
Experience with Automation using excel, power Query, Power BI, SQL, ETL and data modelling is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization.
