Role Summary:
The jobholder will be reporting functionally to the Director for Transitions AMERA and will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the Business Unit's opex and rebate spend
and provide relevant and actionable recommendations to help meet the business goals.
He/She will be the lead contact for key finance stakeholders in global, regional & local/FSSC teams.
Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
BUSINESS PARTNERING
Coordinate the development of the annual budget, quarterly business forecast and facilitate the quarterly/monthly financial tracking versus budget
Improve the capability of local marketing & finance teams to improve planning and tracking of Transitions P&L.
SALES & MARKETING BUDGET
Lead the sales opex - designing of rebates and discounts and co-develop (with global Transitions) the financial contracts.
Lead (w/ support from brand & trade manager) the marketing opex, planning, tracking & interventions.
Track effectiveness and ROI of media, trade & rebates programs
Conduct verification of marketing and rebate claims from Trade Partners.
Provide other financial / analytical support to marketing including distribution analysis, margin analysis and KPI setting and tracking of marketing programs.
REPORTING & COORDINATION
Prepare Monthly / Quarterly Reports for Global / AMERA / Country
Process & validate monthly / quarterly rebates from partners.
Building and sharing best practices and learnings of performance interventions.
Manage data requests (input and output) from multiple sources

Financial academic level or equivalent experience, preferably CPA/CFA
