Position Summary
The Implementation Coordinator is a key member of the NCR project team responsible for coordinating the successful delivery of equipment and installation of contracted services from NCR. The IC ensures that each customer site and project is successfully completed, delivered, and installed on time; meeting customer's expectations and in in line with the scope of work.
Responsibilities:
Identify installation risks, escalate and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Recognize, document, and implement process/project improvements
Create installation scheduling requests, maintain rollout schedules, and ensure that customer installation/deployment activity is scheduled and completed.
Coordinate with other vendors as needed for delivery of equipment or services.
Escalate issues with maintaining the rollout schedules as needed
Participate in meetings with key team members to review project feedback
Work Environment (this position):
Is on the night shift (starting around 8pmPHT) to accommodate 24 X 7 operations
Involves prolonged periods of PC and telephone usage in a fast-paced environment.
Is accountable for continuously receiving and handling high volumes of work orders
Works in a team environment; interacts with multiple internal and external customers.
Reports to the Team Leader
Has reliable Internet Connection if needed to Work From Home
Qualifications & Experience (Soft Skill Requirements):
Able to manage time effectively and can work independently
Adaptable to changes with a sense of urgency and works well with a team
Able to communicate ideas concisely and work with key team members
An innovative learner that can manage conflict and is adaptable to changes
Detailed, focused, and well-organized; able to handle multiple projects at hand
Can analyze and report data and figures, initiates process Improvement as needed
Willing to work non-standard business hours as required by projects
Able to identify project issues, escalate until closure.
Can proactively conduct meetings with Project team to discuss project concerns/ issues
Education and Background
Bachelor's Degree or education in any discipline
Microsoft Office/PC literacy and keyboard proficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
BPO experience is preferred but not necessary
