Responsible for processing billing inquiry requests from internal and external customers.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's email resolving the issue or managing specific tasks within the quote-to-cash business process.
Requests are logged in the CRM system, escalating or resolving critical issues to the appropriate team.
Maintain customer addresses, names and contact records in the customer data bases.
Manage individually assigned work queue in CRM system.
Process returned mail and emails contacting the customer for updated information.
Approximate volume:- Busy days: 20-30 tickets- Regular days: 10-15 ticketsJob Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience as a Billing Analyst or in billing and credit processing
Experience handling customer tickets, contract research, and creating credits and invoices
Knowledge of Salesforce and ServiceNow (preferred)
Strong analytical and contract research skills
Experience in credit creation
Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team
Proficient in MS Office and other computer systems
At least 1 year of proven applicable experience
High school diploma or associate degree in a related field preferred

PHP 1500 rice allowance
