Job Title: Financial AnalystLocation: RemoteWorking Hours: 40 hours per week/Full-time; flexible with slightly asynchronous scheduleWork Shift: EST TimezoneJob Description:We are seeking a proactive and analytical Financial Analyst with strong experience in QuickBooks and financial modeling to support our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate is highly independent, detail-oriented, and experienced in finance, budgeting/forecasting, and development planning preferably with direct experience supporting CFOs.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed financial analyses to support future development initiatives and strategic growth.
Prepare, manage, and continuously improve budgeting and forecasting models.
Collaborate closely with the CFO on long-term financial planning and business development strategies.Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports using QuickBooks, ensuring data integrity and compliance.Identify financial trends and opportunities to support informed decision-making.Assist in developing business cases for new initiatives and capital investments.Support the month-end and year-end close processes, audits, and reconciliations.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience in QuickBooks and financial reporting.
