At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Create or develop discounted cash flow valuation model.
Summarize business case in presentation form.
Run sensitivity and scenario analysis.
Monitor changes in assumptions and how these might affect the targeted return.
Assist proponents in putting together required information as input into the business plan.
Gather industry reports and forecast related to the project.
Research comparable companies and comparable transactions.
Prepare and monitor the project cash flows before implementation.
Document project sign off.
Analyse performance against business plan. Track if results are within the set financial covenants.
Assist in preparing information memorandum for investors or investor brief.
Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to aid in management decision-making.
