iRely is looking for a Financial Analyst who will play a crucial role in analyzing and reporting financial data, supporting product profitability analysis, generating key performance indicators (KPIs), and assisting with month-end financial processes. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
This position is open for candidates who reside in the Philippines.
Responsibilities:
Product P&L Analysis:
Generate & analyze product P&L reports to assess profitability, costs, and revenue.
Prepare detailed product-level profit and loss statements (P&L).
Collaborate with product managers to provide actionable insights.
KPI Generation:
Develop and generate key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor financial and operational performance.
Develop & create KPIs for each product module/product team and present these regularly.
Create reports and dashboards to communicate KPI trends to management.
Time Entry Management:
Ensure accurate and timely entry of coworker time records into relevant systems.
Collaborate with project managers & team leads to verify written of service & development time entry.
Financial Analysis:
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement:
Collaborate with various teams to gather data, understand business operations, and provide financial insights.
Work to integrate KPIs and reporting into the ERP system and automate as many workflows and processes as possible.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, or related roles.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using financial modeling tools.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of VBA, Python, or Microsoft Power products is a plus.
Knowledge of financial principles, KPIs, and performance measurement.
