Financial Analyst
Overview
Glass Lewis seeks a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Analyst. The role will be on our Financial Planning & Analysis team reporting to a manager based in Kansas City, Missouri, USA.
Responsibilities
Create board and management financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Perform monthly actual to budget variance analysis, extracting meaningful insights to guide executive decision-making
Drive and support the annual budget and target setting process
Perform ROI and strategic investment analysis as requested
Work with the Accounting team on monthly financial close processes
Support margin improvement initiatives
Create dynamic financial models, including forecasting
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 5 years of financial planning & analysis experience at a multinational company
Advanced Excel reporting and analysis skills required, PowerBI experience a plus
Highly detail oriented, analytical, hardworking, and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently
Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Amenable to working in Manila (hybrid working arrangement with number of days per week to be determined)
Willing to work on a mid-shift schedule (4am start time to align with Kansas City, Missouri Central Time Zone, which is 14 hours behind Manila)
