As a Financial Analyst, you will: Assist in the coordination, preparation, and validation of the principal forecasting packages. Coordinate the preparation of manufacturing and SG&A support budgets, including the budget review process, variance analysis, and monthly budget update. Coordinate the preparation of freight reporting, including annual budget preparation, review, and analysis, and compare actual results to prior periods. Provide assistance in the monthly rebates and warranty process, including the review of contracts, and process monthly/quarterly/yearly payments. Work on ad hoc reports, operational improvement initiatives, and analysis as requested by points-of-contact or by business unit officers. Who You Are: You establish clear responsibilities and processes for monitoring work and measuring results. You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You are a proactive self-starter who can work under pressure and prioritize workloads. You are highly innovative in approaching problem-solving efficiently. You can proficiently communicate ideas, collaborate, and efficiently work with people at any level, excelling in a team environment. Required Education, Experience, & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial planning. Heavily involved in Accounting Reconciliations, Budget, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Month End Closing. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management System is a plus.
