Responsibilities include the collection and reporting of management information and the analysis of Profit and loss and Balance Sheet accounts.
Consolidate the financial data, in accordance with corporate instructions.
Prepare and distribute local management information on a monthly basis, including commentaries on key performance indicators, forecast accuracy, monthly P&L, product profitability, functional expenses, and net sales analysis.
On a monthly basis, review and analyze balance sheet accounts and monitor account balances and key financial ratios.
Assist the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager in the credit control function.
Prepare ad hoc management and financial reports as necessary.
Act as a business partner and subject-matter expert in specialized functional area(s) at all levels of the organization by providing constructive recommendations and financial consulting.
Provide executive support in the preparation of the financial presentation.
Ensures timely and accurate preparation and submission of financial reports for both internal and external users.
QUALIFICATIONS:
CPA, Graduate of BS Accountancy A graduate of any business course can be considered if she/he has significant work experience in reporting and business analysis.
Minimum of three (3) years of related work experience
Financial knowledge and Audit experience is preferred.
Excellent English Oral, Written and Presentation Skills
