Finance Analyst - Virtual Schools

Finance Analyst will partner and connect with relevant stakeholders within Finance, Sales and Sales Operations to evaluate priorities for solutions with high end-to-end impact while co-owning results through to implementation.
Specific Responsibilities:
Activate and deactivate customer software accounts
Create demo software accounts for potential customers
Run weekly audit reports and review software license usage
Create SalesForce sales opportunities and customer quotes for customer billing as needed
Develop and run reports in internal reporting data warehouse (OBIEE)
Create tasks within SalesForce for customer billing follow-up
Calculate refundable amounts in compliance with policy when students withdraw
Post orders and credits in Oracle Order Management as needed
Reconcile sales transactions between SalesForce, Oracle, OBIEE and other systems as needed
Submit credit requests for appropriate approval before posting
Create and publish monthly reports summarizing the transactions posted by business line
Required Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; advanced degree not required but preferred
5 - 7 years experience within a sales operations or finance organization
Familiarity with SalesForce, Oracle, reporting tools and MS Office programs including Excel and PowerPoint
Self-motivated to meet deadlines independently
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a variety of other departments
Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
Strong learning agility
Strong analytical and technical skills
