As the company strengthens its non-fuel retail business, the Financial Analyst will help ensure that each non-fuel-retail projects will be successful and profitable.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Develop analysis and feasibility templates related to the inclusion of the Non-Fuel Retail business in selected stations.
Generate financial projections for all Non-Fuel Retail business expansion projects by working closely with other departments in the company.
Review and report actual Non-Fuel Retail business performance by working closely with other FINA Team and LAMD.
Develop and maintain Non-Fuel Retail business database.
Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Graduate of a four-year course relating to Finance (BSA preferred)
At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis and planning, preferably from the real estate or QSR industry.
Adept in project management, negotiation skills, financial analysis.
Demonstrates strong communication and critical thinking skills.
Above average verbal and written communication skills
Highly proficient in Excel.
Working knowledge of web-based Google Workspace (formerly, G Suite, and comprises of spreadsheets, documents, and presentations).
