The Role
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible in evaluating an assigned company according to the inherent risks and opportunities that the company may be able to undertake. You will recommend the appropriate facilities and level of business that the Bank may be able to undertake with the said Entity.
How you'll contribute
Conducts financial evaluation and prepares re-casted financial statements as needed for a more thorough evaluation of the accounts.
Gathers data and prepares comprehensive analyses and reports based on the submitted client documents and data for submission to Sales Team for purposes of including the same in the CP.
Recommends credit facilities appropriate for the business requirements and the bank's risk appetite to align the facility to industry/bank standards.
Recommends the appropriate security level, loan terms, and condition, and the like.
Monitors industry/market trends to determine performance of companies to ensure data-driven recommendations based on market conditions.
Ensures timely recognition of deterioration of risk and recommending or taking appropriate actions to re-classify accounts as needed.
Prepares client scorecards that will determine its risk rating, line accounts security to ensure the comprehensive assessment of the account.
What we're looking for
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking
Should have at least 3 years of relevant experience
Preferably with CPA license
Must have knowledge and experience of credit risk evaluation, leasing business, and financial statement evaluation
Should have good analytical, critical thinking, and numerical reasoning skills
Able to manage multiple sources of information
