Provides financial advice and support for FPIP and subsidiaries to make sound business decisions
Achieves customer service delight in every opportunity of interaction with guests, locators, prospects and service providers

Analyzes profit-and-loss income statements, and prepares reports and recommendations to management
Researches economic progressions to assist the organization's financial planning
Analyzes changes in the financials and advises possible alternative course of action
Develops financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
Prepares financial models and presentation slides of business/projects that FPIP and the subsidiaries are interested in entering
Budget
Prepares budgets for FPIP and its subsidiaries
Generates forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, operations, finance, and other areas of business
Updates budget as required by management
Graduate of Business Management, Finance, Economics, or Accounting
A Certified Public Accountant is an advantage
At least two (2) years of work experience in financial modeling, valuation, or similar field
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills
