Financial AnalystMETRO VANTAGE PROPERTIES, INC.

Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting & analysis of the results of the project's performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan.
Maintain and develop various financial models and standard templates distributed for use by all business unit and ensuring quality, accuracy and focused analytic.
Assist the Financial Planning Manager in analyzing monthly financial performance and position.
Review assumptions and prepare annual budget, reforecast, and/or update of 5 year plan for the assigned projects.
Monitor project performance through preparation of timely financial reports and variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget) for Project & Mancom reporting.
Prepare financial analyses, studies, account reconciliation and other reports as maybe required for the project.
Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance projects assigned.
Take on whatever tasks assigned by Financial Planning Manager, ensuring work is completed autonomously, in accordance with relevant guidance and required timeline.
