Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: Manila, Philippines
The Financial Analyst on the Strategic Finance team will prepare and maintain report packages for G&A leaders, review requisitions to ensure budget adherence, assist in IT Program reporting and analysis and other ad hoc analysis. This is a hands on role that requires flexibility as well as an opportunity to work with a global team.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconcile, validate, and ensure consistency of data from different sources.
Prepare periodic (monthly, quarterly, annual) and ad hoc financial and operating reports, report packages, and analyses, for G&A functions.
Maintain reports in EPM (Oracle EPBCS) and/or Sharepoint.
Review purchase requisitions (via Coupa) to ensure they are within budget.
Assist in month end accruals related to purchase requsitions.
Partner with facilities managers to track expenses per location versus budget/forecast.
Analyze IT project resources for accuracy for accounting needs.
Maintain and update the list of software applications.
Software License Allocations.
Automate repeatable process.
Desirable Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
2-3 years of relevant experience
Superior attention to detail and quality
Strong computer skills - high level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proactive self-starter with the ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately to meet tight deadlines
Proven ability to work collaboratively across an organization
Excellent oral and written communication skills
