Job Description:
Reports to the General Manager and main responsibilities of this role are focused on; analyzing huge amounts of financial data, provide accurate accounting and financial reports based on company financial data keeping in mind the company's goals and financial ambition. To excel in this role one must need proven knowledge of various financial forecasting and corporate finance models. With his expertise, the financial analyst is also expected to provide forecasting models and recommendations to reduce cost, and financial performance.
Responsibilities:
Generate reports on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
Establish financial forecasting, reporting, and financial metrics tracking
Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support (i.e. cost/benefit analysis, simulation scenarios)
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
Identifying financial performance trends and financial risk and making recommendations.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Accountancy preferably CPA
2-3+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
High proficiency in financial modeling techniques
Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications (Quickbooks)
Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
