Job Descriptions
Performing financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
Analyzing financial data and create financial models for decision support
Reporting on financial performance and preparing for regular leadership reviews
Analyzing past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and making recommendations for improvements
Working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
Evaluating financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
Guiding the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
Recommending actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials
Identifying and driving process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
Increasing productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
Performing market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps
Maintaining a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA a plus.
Relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, investment banking, or other related fields.
Strong working knowledge and proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
Familiarity with data query/data management tools is a plus (Access, SQL, Business Objects)
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Attention to accuracy and detail required
