JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Preparation and analysis of financial reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
Preparation of business performance report for the shareholders
Analysis of monthly warehouse performance (delivery cost and stock level) and store performance (store profit and stock level);
Benchmarking of competitor financial statements
To assist in the preparation of the Company's annual budget
Support other departments in identifying, defining, and implementing process improvement for reporting efficiency and accuracy
Any other project/assignment provided by the CEO
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of either BS Accountancy or Industrial Engineering; Preferably licensed
Must have very strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
More than 5-years experience in the same role is required for this position.
Strong background in Corporate/Business and Strategic Planning, Business Analytics, Financial Planning and Analysis/Management Reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advance skills in excel (knows functions like Vlookup, Index Match, Countif) and PowerPoint presentation
Willing to work on-site (Marikina City)
