1. Manages and monitors the assigned subsidiaries' financial business plan by
 Developing the company's short-, medium- and long-term financial business plan
 Overseeing budget preparation based on a risk-based plan of each operating unit
 Monitoring budget utilization of each subsidiary
2. Prepares operational and financial data and reports for the consumption of the management committee, its partners and the company's various stakeholders
 Monthly Financial and Operating Highlights
 Executive Summary Report
 Monthly update of year-end forecast
3. Renders support services to the assigned subsidiaries during Board meetings, company loan application, etc.
4. Preparation, monitoring and analysis of financial models and valuation tools
5. Prepares ad hoc analyses and performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Strong analytical and planning skills;

Excellent problem-solving skills;
Bachelor of Science in Commerce (major in Accounting preferred)
 CPA Board (preferred)
 3 years minimum experience

("MW Consortium"), and Estate Water, an operating division under MWPV which operates and manages the water systems of townships developed by Ayala Land, Inc. A subsidiary of MW Consortium is Cebu Manila Water Development, Inc. ("Cebu Water") that provides bulk water in the province of Cebu. The Group has other new projects in its portfolio including the Zamboanga City performance-based non-revenue water reduction project under Zamboanga Water Company, Inc. ("Zamboanga Water") and the Tagum City bulk water supply project under Tagum Water Company, Inc. ("Tagum Water"), among others.
